Paul Blume of Paul Blume Weine in Zurich will playfully introduce you to the world of natural wines, orange wine, pet nat, co-fermentation, solera, and much more. He will also demonstrate the differences in cultivation and cellar work. This tasting is designed for both open-minded newcomers and absolute connoisseurs of natural wines. Let Paul shed some light on the subject.
